My Valentines Treat! |
Since today is Valentines Day, and since I do not celebrate; I created a healthy chocolately treat for myself!
This was a random experiment, but turned out so well I'll be making it again soon!
Ingredients:
Peanut Butter
Coconut
Carob Powder
Honey
Flax Meal
touch of Water
Directions
1. Place everything in bowl and stir
2. Add water if its too dry
- I used fresh ground peanut butter which is naturally dryer than the store bought kind, so mine was a touch dry (photo below), so I added a touch of water which made it a creamier consistency (photo above).
